Building up muscles - training at the gym

The gym of the SportForum is located between the football grounds and athletic facilities. Sport stars such as David Storl and Christina Schwanitz have used the well-equipped gym to train for World Championships and Olympic games. The artificial turf can be reached directly from the gym - excellet for training teams who come to the SportForum Laces.
